FOR PRODUCT RETURNS THE FOLLOWING SHALL APPLY

In case you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, you can proceed to its replacement or get your money back. The above applies to orders and products that comply with the following terms and conditions:

• The products must be accompanied by the retail receipt you received upon receipt. If the product does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to the sender.
• Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt and only by presenting the proof of purchase or the change card. Proof of the date of receipt is the courier's stamp, your paper or electronic signature.
• The product(s) should be in excellent condition, the same as the original, not worn, with all labels, without damage, stains or alterations.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must have been purchased from the www.amarou.gr.
• All changes are based on the purchase price. Except in the case of a change for the same product code. The same applies in cases where the purchase is made using a promotional coupon or after the application of a discount.
• In case of returning more than one product related to the same order, they must be sent together and at the same time.

The ways to change are as follows:

1st Way: Make the change in our shop. In this case you either exchange your product or we will refund your money back to you without any charge.

2nd Way: You send us the products with your own shipping company (At your own charge).

In this case, as soon as we receive your products we proceed immediately to credit your money or send the product you want in the right color or size. The reshipment is free of charge from us.

3rd Way: You send us the products with our own shipping company (At our charge).

• For the refund process the cost is 3€ which is the total cost of the courier for sending the products to our store. We keep the x€ from the total amount of your order and refund you the difference.

• For the change procedure concerning the same product code, the cost is 3€ which is the total cost of the courier for sending the products to our store and the reshipment of the new products to your place.

It is necessary to contact us before returning any product via email at [email protected] or by telephone at 2107294558, 6947438886. Returns are accepted only if the products are in excellent condition received without damage and are complete, within its original packaging.

Product manufacturing defect

In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you have purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The return of the product is free of charge from all over Greece, always after telephone consultation at 2107294558, 6947438886 (Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 18:00). The return will be done exclusively by a courier that our company cooperates with, which will be indicated to you by our salesman.
