What is the procedure I have to follow to buy from the eshop?

To purchase products from our Website, please follow the following steps:

5. You place the final order.

The Company has made every effort to accurately represent the actual colours of the products when they appear on the Website.

Our Company is not responsible and does not guarantee the absolute precision of the display of the colours of the products on the user's computer screen as this depends on the characteristics of each screen and computer.

You can order 24 hours a day through the secure environment of our online store. All you have to do is register by entering your details and shipping address. You can then proceed normally with your online orders.

How can I pay?

The payment methods for your order are the following:

1.Cash on delivery

The full amount of the payment is paid to the courier employee at the time of delivery of the parcel. Cash on delivery costs 4,80€ for deliveries within the city, land and island destinations (amount that will always be included in the final price of the order).

By Deposit to a bank account

By placing an order through the Website and selecting "Bank Deposit" as the payment method, your order is put on hold until you make the deposit. On the bank deposit slip, you must enter your full name as the reason. Immediately after the deposit and for the fastest execution of your order, you can send us the bank deposit slip via and if your details are cross-checked by the accounting department, your order will be shipped within 24 hours or the next working day. The bank deposit must be made within 5 working days from the date of the order, otherwise your order will be considered cancelled.

The bank accounts where you can deposit the exact amount of the order are:

3. By Credit/Debit Card:

The online store www.amarou.gr uses the services i-bank e-commerce της Bank Alpha Bank as well as the online transaction service of BANK Alpha Bank. These services support any credit, debit or prepaid card of the international schemes VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. For purchases with your credit card, please follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the order form and the number and expiry date of your credit card, as well as the last three digits behind it. As an extra level of security, some bank cards will also ask you for the e-code that is sent to you with your credit card. If you don't remember it, don't hesitate to call your bank to remind you. Again, in case you do not want to go through this process, you can make your purchase by cash on delivery.

Supported cards:

In case you choose to pay by credit card you should for your own safety be present at the pickup of your order having with you your credit card that you made your order and your identity card.

In case you are unable to personally receive your order, the third person who will receive your order instead of you, must write his/her name and the number of his/her identity card, while showing some form of identification of the user.

In any case, AMAROU shall bear no responsibility whatsoever since the recipient of the product(s) shall receive it upon the express order of the ordering user and on his/her behalf only. In the event that the order is placed in the details and on behalf of a company, then the credit card used must be a corporate card, i.e. issued in the details of the respective company. And at the time of delivery, the authorised holder must be present with the credit card and his/her identity card or a third person who will sign in full and indicate his/her identity details.

Until full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the selling company.

4. By payment via PayPal

You can pay through your PayPal account.

How are the products shipped and delivered?

Ways of Dispatch

Our company cooperates with the company ACS Courier which undertakes to send the order and deliver it to your place. The courier company will contact you if it is necessary to make a specific appointment for the exact time of delivery in case it cannot find you.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next working day if there is stock in the warehouse. Otherwise we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know when your product will be available.

Shipping costs for up to 2 kg are:

  • For Greece 3,20€ and COD = 4,80€
  • For inaccessible areas, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest Courier agency.

Destinations & Delivery Times

FOR GREECE:

  • Within Athens - 1 day
  • From city to city (mainland Greece) - 1 to 2 days
  • From city to city (island Greece) - 1 to 3 days
  • For remote areas - 1 to 4 days
How can I cancel an Order?

Otherwise you can cancel the order by following the steps:

  • Go to "My Account"
  • Select Orders
  • Then, select the Order you want to cancel.
  • Press the "Cancel Order" button
How can I return a product/products?

General Terms of Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the eshop.

The product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was received, i.e. it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels/cartons, necessary documents, etc. and in any case has not been used.

The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (retail receipt or exchange card).

To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of the packaging and label, in order to detect any obvious defects.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit.

Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returns received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

How do I return the product to the eshop of www.amarou.gr

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at email or on Facebook Chat or by phone at the following telephone numbers. 2107294558, 6947438886 indicating your order number, the product or products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Place the product or products in their original packaging to protect them during transport and return the parcel with a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, we recommend that you send the parcel by registered parcel by post or courier, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel. Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packaged correctly and sent to the correct address.

Are there Free Shipping over a purchase amount?

amarou.gr offers free shipping for purchases over 69€!

Orders are shipped daily (Monday - Friday). Parcels shipped through ACS COURIER, usually reach the recipient in 1 working day for Athens, 1-2 working days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island regions and in some cases small or remote islands/regions 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, refers to working days from the date of departure from Athens and may vary depending on conditions). Parcel deliveries by Courier are made every day except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not caused by us. If you have placed an order and are waiting for a parcel, if you have not received it within 4-5 working days please contact us.
